I had a break during winter because I couldn't face getting up early in the cold, but I'm not back at it in full swing trying to prepare my summer body! Workout DVDs are brilliant for people who struggle to find the time (or motivation) to get to the gym.

I still do boxing, indoor cycling and bootcamp but this is purely because I’m getting married and need all the help I can get to shift it!

If you want to have a laugh, enjoy life, workout with top quality trainers, learn a few things along the way that you can use to help you forever and be part of a community full of likeminded people, then you’ve come to the right place! Bodyweight HIIT: Combines exercises like squats, lunges, burpees, and push-ups in timed intervals for a full-body workout. Bum 3 is the hardest, with keeping your arms crossed you take the leg behind, get down then back up again. My most hated exercise is the dreaded mountain climbers, but Richard keeps us on track with posture before moving into crab thrusters. Not only has the weather been naff, but commuting to my new office has taken up a lot of time, leaving me a bit stressed about my fitness levels.

By doing this I know I’ve trained hard, burnt calories on an empty stomach and if I don’t get a chance to do anything else I know I’ve done something active! I absolutely love Charlotte’s personality anyway and met her previously after my other review and YouTube video. The main cause of a hangover is dehydration, so if you keep flushing your system out, you don't feel as hungover, which means you won't have cravings! I struggled with the windowscreen wipers as anything where I need to move my legs and work my tummy muscle at the same time, really challenges me!
